Business case preparation to project hand over
Every project is fully scoped, fully planned and budgeted. 1Com have the ability to develop the business case for a project and then present it at Board level for approval.
1Com fees are based upon the expected time required with the charges supported by detailed activity reports and time logs.
Clients have benefited significantly from 1Com handling their projects in combination with the Help Desk, because the two activities form an integrated whole.
Any project assigned can be totally managed by 1Com or, as in many cases, alongside the in-house IT team.
