To facilitate the implementation of projects 1Com are often asked, when they are managing a project, to provide the technicians with the relevant skills to enact the work.
As this is happening more and more often 1Com have built a team of technicians who hold formal accreditations and have demonstrable experience in many specialist applications and protocols.
With 1Com both managing and implementing a project this improves accountability. This way of working also increases the flexibility to adapt and adopt to circumstances that quite often change during the execution of a project.
